carotene friendly カロチン摂取!카로틴 섭취!

Hungry tonight but in the frig was just one carrot. Added a little ground ginger, some cranberry, and dressing. mmmmmmmmmm gooooood!

すごくお腹が空いたのに、冷蔵庫の中にはまともな食材がなくて・・・。ニンジンがあったので千切りにして、しょうがのすりおろしとクランベリーを加え、ゆずのドレッシングで和えて即席サラダをつくりました。んーーーおいしい!!

배가 너무 고픈데 냉장고를 열어 봐도 먹을만한 것이라고 없어요... ㅠㅅㅠ
마침 있던 당근 하나를 채썰어 생강 간 것과 크랜베리를 넣어 유자 드레싱으로 버무려 즉석 사라다를 만들었어요. 너무 맛~~~~~~~~~~있었답니다!!

  2. I was sooooo hungry. It is yuzu dressing. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus- like lemon/lime/orange all mixed together.

  3. 어제나 보면 샐러드류를 뚝딱 뚝딱 만드시는것 같아요~
    한국에서도 유자를 이용한 음식이 많은데,
    저도 도전해봐야 겠어요^^
